Job Description
Reporting directly to the Deputy Director, Human Resources (HR) & Training, the HR Specialist II assists the Deputy Director, Human Resources & Training with a diverse range of human resources activities to ensure operational effectiveness and exceptional customer service including, but not limited to, benefits and leave administration, recruitment, retention, employee & labor relations, training, and staff events.

Job Description
The Manager, Facilities and Office Services is responsible for the oversight of office management operations ensuring facilities, equipment, furnishings, and workflow processes meet the needs of employees and visitors to the agency.

Responsibilities include interviewing, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Description
The Legal Counsel supports the mission of the agency through quality and timely legal services to staff and administrators. The incumbent supports all aspects of the agency's legal needs with primary emphasis on Child Welfare litigation including but not limited to legal representation, research and analysis of laws, regulations and cases, legal consultation, training and mentoring of staff in the context of compliance with state and federal laws and risk management.

Job Description

The Child Welfare (CW) Caseworker is responsible to protect children in the agency’s care and custody from situations of abuse, neglect and other forms of maltreatment. CW Caseworkers focus on ensuring the social, physical, psychological, and emotional well-being of their clients. CW Caseworkers work with law enforcement, the court system, childcare providers, community services, families, and relatives to ensure the permanency, safety, and well-being of all children with whom they work.
