Elijah is a happy, active young man who is sweet and energetic. He has an infectious smile that lights up the room. Elijah enjoys playing video games and with electronics and likes watching sports. He receives speech therapy, physical and occupational therapy, and has an IEP (Individualized Education Plan). These services need to continue to help foster and promote his growth. Elijah is bonded with his foster parents.
