Lance is a happy 7 year old. He enjoys playing with cars and musical toys. Lance is very loving and affectionate. He loves to be talked to and will reach out and stroke your face. Lance has made major strides in his development, but will need ongoing supportive services. Lance is placed in a home that desires to adopt him.
