Foxx is an adorable and happy infant who is healthy, and developmentally on target for his age. He loves playing with his toys, babbling and “growling” at his foster siblings for smiles and laughter. Foxx thrives in routines, and loves to be read to. He has only been placed in this home through the entirety of the case, and has adjusted well in this foster care placement.
