Bianca is a beautiful bi-racial female toddler, who has a big smile, is happy, well-adjusted and loving. She was born with Neonatal Absence Syndrome, and has had three placements since coming to care. She loves pink, exploring the world around her and being read to. Bianca has no current medical or developmental needs.
