The field placement program at Summit County Children Services (SCCS) caters to bachelor and master’s level social work students, offering a developmental learning experience for child welfare case workers. Summary
The Social Worker Assistant/Social Service Aide (“Case Aide”) is responsible for supporting the child welfare casework team in provision of services to caregivers, children, and families served by Summit County Children Services, including assessment of child safety and risk when interfacing with children and families served.
