Jacob is currently placed with caregivers who are interested in providing permanency for him.
Jacob is a quiet, polite, and thoughtful young man with a great sense of humor and a quick wit. He is very intelligent and enjoys staying active—spending time outdoors and working out at the gym are some of his favorite ways to unwind. Jacob also has a part-time job and takes pride in earning his own money, showing his responsibility and growing independence.
Family is very important to Jacob, and he values his relationship with his older brother. He would benefit from continued counseling to help him process past experiences and continue building healthy coping skills.
