Alexis is a talkative and sometimes reserved young lady. Alexis enjoys all animals especially dogs and horses. One of her favorite TV shows is Heartland. She enjoys Frappe’s and chocolate shakes from McDonalds. She does well in school, needing redirection at times for her to focus on schoolwork. Alexis is a great advocate for herself. She recognizes that she needs to continue to work on her behaviors and actions that stem from her history of trauma. She will need to continue with mental health services to help her continue developing coping skills. It is important for Alexis to maintain a connection with her birth family. She would thrive in an environment that is patient and committed to her.
