DESCRIPTION:Resources Committee Meeting – 3:30 p.m.\nBoard Meeting – 4:30 p.m. \nAll meetings are open to the public.  Park in front of the main administrative building and check in with staff at the front desk. \n“Public comment” is an opportunity for citizen statements regarding matters of public concern which involve SCCS.  Any non-member of the Board seeking to speak at a regular Board meeting must submit a written request to the Executive Director at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.  The request must include a summary of the intended subject matter.  The Board Chair shall recognize non-member speakers only at the time reserved for public comment on the meeting agenda. In order for the Board of Trustees to conduct its business in an orderly and efficient manner\, non-member speakers will not be permitted to speak outside the time reserved for public comment on the meeting agenda.  Non-members must speak from the board room podium and must limit remarks to no longer than three minutes.  If two or more individuals have requested permission to speak on the same topic\, Board Chair may designate one of them to speak for the group.
