Tristan is 14 year old 9th grader who enjoys video games and social media apps. He makes friends but sometimes struggles to maintain them. He is interested in trying out for the school baseball team this year. Tristan has bonded with his foster family, but they are not an option for permanency. He will need a family that is patient and ready to help guide him through life’s challenges. Tristan will require ongoing counseling for his past traumas and to continue to build coping skills to meet the new challenges that life has to offer.
