Wear Blue to the Akron Zoo

Wear Blue to the Akron Zoo!

The Akron Zoo has partnered with Summit County Children Services to paint Summit County BLUEWear Blue is Wednesday, April 10 and is an initiative that helps raise awareness about the importance of child abuse and neglect prevention.  For those who wear BLUE to the Akron Zoo on April 10 will be admitted FREE, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.  And while at the Akron Zoo, everyone can enjoy free popcorn, children’s activities, and search for ‘BLUE’ animals throughout the Zoo in a special Scavenger Hunt!  So, put on your favorite blue jeans, grab your favorite blue jacket, put on the perfect blue scarf or your favorite blue athletic shoes and join us at the Akron Zoo on Wednesday, April 10!
Wear Blue is about sharing your blue pride! So, don’t forget to share yours by emailing [email protected] to share pics of you and your co-workers or friends wearing blue.
Add #SummitWearsBlue or #AkronZooWearsBlue and tag us – @SCCS on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. We want to see everyone ‘join the movement!’
