Area Foster Parents Honored by Summit County Children Services

Program on Dating Violence and Sexual Assault in Teen Relationships Set for April 14

 

A program entitled Close-Up© on Dating Violence and Sexual Assault in Teen Relationships will be held Tuesday, April 14, from 8:30 a.m.-Noon at the Raymond C. Firestone Auditorium, Summa Health Systems, Akron. Teen dating violence is a hidden epidemic that usually goes unreported. This program will help parents and professionals recognize signs of a violent relationship and offer appropriate interventions and community resources to help teens get their lives back on track. Advance registration is requested. Call Summit County Children Services at (330) 379-2089. FREE.
