Wear Blue to the Akron Zoo!
The Akron Zoo has partnered with Summit County Children Services to paint Summit County BLUE. Wear Blue is Wednesday, April 12 and is an initiative that helps raise awareness about the importance of child abuse and neglect prevention. For those who wear BLUE to the Akron Zoo on April 12 will be admitted FREE, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. And while at the Akron Zoo, everyone can enjoy free popcorn, children’s activities, and search for ‘BLUE’ animals throughout the Zoo in a special Scanvenger Hunt! So, put on your favorite blue jeans, grab your favorite blue jacket, put on the perfect blue scarf or your favorte blue athletic shoes and join us at the Akron Zoo on Wednesday, April 12!
Wear Blue is about sharing your blue pride! So, don’t forget to share yours by emailing [email protected] to share pics of you and your co-workers or friends wearing blue.
